Domain name already in use, but have no access to administrate.

Hello, 

I got put in charge with the task to change the domain name. When I tried to change it, it said it was already in use. However I have no administrative rights to delete the site with that domain name that we want to use. 

When I go to the Administration from that confluence domain it gets me to the Administration of the Organisation, but it doesn't show the site at all in the App-URL.

If I'm understanding the situation correctly, it sounds as though the domain you want to use is saying it's in use, and you don't see that domain in use from within your org administration as an Org Admin. Assuming you have verified your domain, you can also look under the Apps-Shadow IT-Shadow IT apps options to search for apps in other domains that are administered by users from your verified domain. As an org admin of the organization with the verified domain, you should be able to join that site as an admin from the Actions options on that page.

An organization admin can change this,since you don't have the administrative rights, means you are the site admin.

I am one of the organization admins. 

I can't change or delete anything that I cannot find in App-URL's list or Atlassian App list.
