When I paste single jira link in confluence the same is converted to JIRA macro.

But when I paste multiple JIRA link in confluence it is converted to Link and not to JIRA macro.

I need to convert all the links to JIRA macro.

Use the JIRA macro to insert JIRA issue or Filter.

  1. From your page call out the JIRA macro "{Jira " and insert the macro.
  2. Enter the issue number/name or an issue related search keyword (for example, project="Project_name" and fixVersion=version_name) in the search input text box.
  3. From the server dropdown menu, select the server where the issue is located.
  4. Hit search.
  5. You will see the list of issues that match the search criteria, select the ones that you want to include in your page.
  6. Click Insert and Update.

I hope this helps!

I know this way, but why do I want to add new macro every time.

I have all the JIRA links, so why can't I just paste it and it converts into the macro.

If I have a large number of Jira, then it will be difficult.

Anyways if I paste link one at a time it gets converted to Jira macro, then why not for more number of links.

Not sure if I need to raise a feature request and how.
