Can one upload documentation in a different language to a Confluence page? Japanese, for example?

Hey Alexa,

the Confluence App Scroll Translations add multi-language support for Confluence pages, which includes in-Confluence translations and integrations with translation management tools, which lets one 'upload' a different language as a translation for an entire space.
