Does anyone know how I can get a hold of someone at Atlassian that can help with a W-9 and ACH?

Our company requires a W-9 to be completed along with an ACH authorization form. Emails to advocates@atlassian.com have gone unanswered. Has anyone been able to get a hold of a real person that can provide billing support at this company?
