Does LiveSearch Macro not work on mobile browser?

I am able to use "Livesearch Macro" when I open it on my browser(Chrome) on my PC or on Confluence mobile app but it doesn't work when I try to use it on a mobile browser (Chrome or Safari). 

When I open the space on the mobile browser with 'mobile version view' the macro doesn't work but if the change the view to 'desktop version' the macro starts working well.

Do I need to change any settings so that the macro starts working on mobile browser too? 

Or it doesn't support the mobile browser in mobile view settings?

No, it is not supported with the mobile version. You need to force it to show the desktop version to use this macro.

I submitted the defect for this one to Atlassian. They opened up an enhancement request but no updates yet. 

Lets hope we get this working cz mobile is norm now.
