Does Atlassian maintain their own servers?

Our parent company is very concerned about security of Atlassian servers. Does Atlassian maintain their own servers, or do they outsource?

If they maintain their own, what security measures are taken for theft, natural disasters, other emergency situations?

If they don't, how can they guarantee security on third-party servers?
