Below is the documentation portal, which we have been using for Confluence Wiki 'Server subscription'.

The above web portal, we experienced slowness and was 'down and inaccessible' on Thursday i.e. 9th September 2021 IST time frame.
Upon checking we observed that services were down.
Note: There was no planned maintenance activity from our end or there was no action done from our end to shut-down the services. It was surprising to see 'why services' were down and the portal was inaccessible. We had to relogin and restart the server, after which it was accessible.
Please check for the above issue at the earliest. We cannot have the documentation portal down.

Also, our server subscription is slated for renewal on November 4th, 2021. We will be renewing it before Nov 4th, 2021.
Email received from Atlassian Confluence for docstheme: I also received another email from Confluence (attached) which mentions as below for Atlassian Cloud Product:
"We haven't seen you in your Confluence site, docstheme.atlassian.net, for a while so we wanted to check in. If your site continues to remain inactive, it will be deactivated on 2021-11-10"
We are using Server subscription, not sure why we received email from Atlassian Cloud product and that too saying it will be deactivated on 2021-11-10.

Agreed - contacting Atlassian support is the route to go with this one.
As per the information given by you, I can understand that you are using confluence server, for your kind information the all the server license will expires on Feb 2022.
May be due certain vulnerability happen for few version of confluence. Atlassian is recommending to upgrade to fix version. Please kindly go through this document
Please raise a ticket to Atlassian Support and provide a logs to them to analyse the system.
