Docs listed in Search no longer found

See attached - we have some docs like PDF etc, the URL in hover shows location, when we click to try to access, get taken to an article which does no have this file or a loink to this file - can not access these docs!

@Nico Koepke there may not be a reference to the file on the page, but it may be stored in the attachments. I suggest you check the attachments on the page to see if the files you need to access are there.
