Display / synchronize pages of a space in another space

Philipp Sommer

Hi there,
I have created a space that is used as a knowledge base. Some pages should also be displayed in another space.

To be more precise:
Every time a page is created in space 1, the page should also be displayed in space 2. The pages should also be synchronized in real time.
Furthermore, no change should be made in space 1 that would increase the expenditure for the respective employees upon publication.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Regards,
Philipp

Out of the box there is no way to automatically create a page in another space when you create a page in one space. However, you could manually create the second page and use the include page macro to show the content from space 1 in space 2.

If you have an add-on such as ScriptRunner or Power Scripts you could set up a listener that would automatically create the page in space 2, but that would require being able to script it.

There is, but you will need to use 3rd party Apps.  Comala Publishing is designed to do exactly this. We typically see clients using it in conjunction with Comala Workflows to manage approvals on the content before the remote publish.
