Disabling the Like Plugin in Confluence not possible

I want to disable the Confluence Like Plugin in Confluence 7.2.1, but I can't.

In earlier versions there was a button to click "disable" or "uninstall" but these buttons are not there anymore.

What about to add the following code into the Global CSS (see Styling Confluence with CSS)

#likes-section{display:none;}

<style>#likes-section{display:none;}</style>
