Disable comment "pin" on images

How do I disable the "pin" comments on images? I am OK with the Image lightbox in theory, because I don't mind of my users want to enlarge an image. But I do not want them to be able to add comments on the images.

Atlassian's own Confluence for customers has this option disabled, but I can't figure out how to do it on my own.

Look for the Confluence Previews system addon and disable the Enable Annotation plugin for the File Viewer module.
