Disable attachment download for anonymous users

Hi there, 

We are using Confluence Cloud and would like to open our space to public and for anonymous users to view pages but NOT download any attachments.

Due to the content of our pages, we are attaching a lot of screenshots and they become downloadable images to anyone. Is there a way to stop this please?

I haven't used the cloud, but it looks like the following is possible

You can alternatively just disable Download All on a space by space basis by adding the above CSS to individual Space Stylesheets instead:

1. Go to the space and choose Space Tools > Look and Feel from the bottom of the sidebar
2. Choose Stylesheet then Edit.
3. Paste the above CSS into the text field.
4. Save
