I am not able to find Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macro instead there are Excerpt and Excerpt Include macro. Do they work in the same way? I am having difficulty in using the excerpted table in a Table chart macro, which basically unable to read the excerpted table. Is there any walk around for this case?
Hi @Manik Singh,
The Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macros are not available for Cloud due to the limitations of its editor.
But you should be able to reuse your table with the help of the standard Excerpt and Excerpt Include macros (just don't forget to wrap only the required table and not the whole page!).
I've checked it a moment ago - the Chart from Table macro works with the Excerpt Include macro just fine. Try to use it on a simple table and, for example, a Column chart. Maybe smth is wrong with your current table.
If nothing helps, make the screenshots and raise a support ticket here.
Hi Katerina,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Yes, I did wrap the required table. The excerpted wrap table was shown in the chart's preview panel on the edit page. But the same doesn't reflect on the published page, as it's taking forever to load the macro on the published page.
Also, I tried with the small and well cleaned-up table, but with no success.

Make sure that you use the Chart from Table macro and not the standard Chart macro.

Hi @Manik Singh ,
I'm here to tell you that the Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macros are now available for Cloud.
You need to update the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, then you'll be able to use these macros.
