Despite creating my own cert, I'm unable to get Confluence to operate over https.

I followed the guidance in the link below, but it still does not work!

Thank you for raising this with us. In order to help you, I'll need to know more about what exactly isn't working.

Are you experiencing an error message? What do your Confluence Server logs say about the certificate?

The most common error I see is due to the error in this knowledge base article:

Whether or not it's the error you are experiencing, the article gives you a good set of troubleshooting steps that can help to solve your problem.

Please review that and let me know what error messages you receive in your logs, and I'm happy to help you with your cert!
