Hi, 

May I ask the following: 

(a) How to create page tree (hiding sub topics under the page tree, so it won't appear to be a long list)

(b) How to create buttons (and when clicked can "open library")

a) You can't do this.  The whole point of the page tree is to show the page structure, not hide bits of it.

b) You will need one of the content formatting apps to enable button macros.
