Hi community,
After I've deleted my internet history and cookies, I am not able to access the shared space in confluence.
From my profile page, the space group name is still there, but when I click it, it says that the space doesn't have a homepage.
If I access the space through the email notifications, it mentions that I stumbled on restricted content.
My name is still part of the team, according to team admin.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
Hi @[deleted] Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Deleting internet history/cookies should not affect your access permissions on confluence.
Probably you should check that the default "confluence-users" or "users" groups have permissions to view the space, and that the overview page itself isn't restricted to particular people or groups. If there are any view restrictions set to certain users/groups, and if you are not part of that, you won't be able to view the homepage.
Hi Kishan,
Thanks for your comments.
I've managed to settle this issue with some adjustments by the site admin.
Appreciate your answer!
