Delete version comments from top of the page

after update the page, i clicked notify watchers and i wrote what i change on page. After publishing, there is a comment top of the updated page. This page our homepage by the way and eveyone can see this comment.

I don't personally see the banner comment when I access your site anonymously, but it looks like that might be caused by a 3rd party add-on.

Could you show me where in Confluence you added the comment that caused the banner to appear?

I solved the problem. I updated the content and did not click notify watchers. After this, that comment vanished.
