I am aware we can delete an attachment from page using the attachment id

is there a way to Delete all attachments in a confluence page using rest api?

I don't believe delete is an option from the REST API.  You should check out this knowledge base article:

I know the article references server but I looks as if the same is also true for Confluence Cloud.
