How do I import multiple decisions as separate decision pages e.g. from an Excel worksheet?
Hello there!
Currently there is no direct way of creating pages from Excel files, a.k.a Excel import. We can, however, import Microsoft Word files into Confluence:
Import Content into Confluence
One possible workaround (I can not guarantee that this will be a 100%) is to copy over the Excel content into a Word document, format it as desired and then import it into Confluence.
As a last resort, we could copy and paste the Excel content directly into Confluence.
Further, could you explain if you meant to create one page per excel file or if you meant to create one file per Excel Row/Column. I would like to understand a little better what is the situation that we are facing so I can better assist you!
Steven, let us know from you. Looking forward to your reply.
Hi
Just to explain the context, I have a spreadsheet with say 100 requirements. I want to manage these in Confluence as separate decision pages, so I need to create 100 decision pages one per requirement using a customer decision template.
I know there are other ways to manage requirements in Confluence but this method allows each requirement to managed individually and linked to associated pages directly.
Thanks
Steve

Hello again Steven!
We do not have a complete visual of how you organize the decisions in your Excel file.
This might be possible if you write a custom application that uses REST calls:
Confluence Cloud - Create content
Conflence Cloud - REST API examples
Currently importing content directly from within an Excel file and creating pages (or templates) is not currently possible via native tools in Confluence.
Looking forward to your reply Steven.
