Is there a way I can create an overview page with a database with all the wikipages, and some metafields, like "creator", "last updated", no. of visitors, etc.

There is a way that you may not like ... but at a quick glance I don't see an integrated option.

  1. The details you want can be pulled from REST calls... https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-page/#api-pages-get
  2. Then you could use this with an external tool (I used PowerQuery/Power BI) to generate a an index that would provide the details you want as well as allow you to sort by most recent updates,  author etc....

I'll stop here because it's not super practical unless you're already using some reports outside of Atlassian.   But perhaps someone else can take the concept into a confluence page directly.
