I am new to using databases in Confluence. I was curious if it was possible to copy and paste images into an image field? I have attempted to create a database and make the specific field an "Image" field, but pasting an image in from the clipboard would not work.
HI @nate.sydow and welcome to the Community.
I think you can only upload an image from your computer. The moment I click, a Finder (I'm on a Mac) window opens.
Another trick how to get an image into a DB field is to define one columns to display Excerpts from a Page link in another columns - if you have an image in that excerpt, it will get displayed.
This is useful if you're using the image-in-an-excerpt technique to create a repository of images/screenshots that you use across multiple pages in your Confluence.
DB then provides a ... well, database, of pages that you use as an image depository + previews.
