We are looking to take advantage of the Atlassian Intelligence capabilities in Confluence and in JSM for customer support. The AI can only be effective for internal and external use if it has the right content.
Since our content is generated in different ways (i.e., legacy, other teams processes etc.) we are looking for any guidance on what format the data needs to be imported/inserted into Confluence so it can be consumed by Atlassian Intelligence.
For example, I don't believe Atlassian Intelligence will consume data that is a HTML page which is inserted in a page as a macro. So we would need to convert the HTML page/documentation to a format (which format?) and place that into confluence.
Anyone know what format is needed by Atlassian Intelligence in Confluence so the data can be consumed and leveraged?
Thank you in advance!
@Ryan A. Do you have the ability to add the html content to the confluence page. Text as text and images as images?
