Please excuse if this has been answered. I am very new to Confluence. I need to create a template with several items in it but be able to generate multiple different outputs based on need. For example:
Construction project template.
Create a new page and ask (drop down would be great) for say Bathroom, Bedroom, Closet.
The source page would be a table like:
item quantity bathroom bedroom closet
nails 1000 x x x
sink 1 x
bed 1 x
door 1 x x x
When I choose which one from the template creation then the resulting page would be:
If I choose Bedroom:
item quantity
nails 1000
bed 1
door 1
If I had chosen Bathroom:
nails 1000
sink 1
door 1
and so on. There is a lot of overlap between the various options and was hoping I could use a single universal tempate and customize it accordingly and allow for editing the contents. I know I could create multiple templates for these but I have several hundred items to list with 70% or so overlap.
