Public link is turned on, i can open it in my browser but our customers can't. Even going to incognito doesn't open the link.

Hi @monica_ros_artbridgesfoundation_org

There was a system error affecting public links (and probably PDF exports). It's reported as resolved.

Identified - Some Confluence Cloud users visiting public links saw a Something went wrong error page. The issue affected anonymous access paths for public links, and some related Confluence areas could also show the same error message.

Hello @monica_ros_artbridgesfoundation_org

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What happens when the customer tries to access the link?

@monica_ros_artbridgesfoundation_org - +1 to Trudy's comment (always good to include info like that!).

Also curious which specific link you're sending? Sometimes folks send an edit or internal link instead of the public one.
