Customer access to Confluence Knowledgebase...

Hi there!

We just disabled Anonymous access to our Confluence pages but we still want our customers to be able to access the two product knowledgebases that we have set up. I've looked at a couple of articles but I can't seem to find the answer on how to accomplish this. Does anyone know what steps I need to accomplish this? Any help would be great!

If you have configured your instance to be public you can give anonymous access to specific spaces. If you have made the space private you could use Scroll viewport to make your KBs available. Atlassian is also rolling out public links so you can make specific pages available to the public, but not sure if that is available on the Standard plan or not.
