Custom XML export based on tags

Is it possible to configure custom XML exports such that tags or labels are given to all articles to be exported? I know the export function under Space tools > Content Tools > Export, where you can select al the articles to be exported by ticking the corresponding checkbox. However, for returning exports this would be pretty cumbersome to select the correct articles every time we want to start an export.

Is there any way to save an export configuration for later re-use or mark all articles with a tag/label and say "Export everything with label XYZ"?

Unfortunately this is not possible as of now in confluence.

I checked out the linked article. It seems that the proposed solution is not suitable for us. I guess we'll just have to configure our export manually each time, if Confluence does not offer this option out-of-the-box as of now.
