Custom HTML Export Doesn't Export What I Select.

I am trying to export a subset of Conflu pages to html. I am an admin and export is enabled. When I go through the export process from Spaces and select the pages I want to export it does random things, but never exports what I selected. By random I mean one time I literally got nothing exported. Next time it exported some rando pages that I did not have selected. Third time it exported a butt load of pages to include the top level page of the selected set, but none of the subordinate pages. No clue how to fix this problem or what would be causing it.
