Custom Domain Service Interruption After CloudFlare SSL Configuration

Description: I am experiencing an issue with our Custom Domain configuration for Confluence Cloud. Here are the details:

Current Setup:

• Domain: test-app.confluence.example.com
• DNS Provider: CloudFlare
• CNAME Records:
  1. test-app.confluence.example.com → proxied
  2. _ed16300a875629d82302a06ae02fa80e.test-app.confluence.example.com → dns only
• CAA Records: Configured for amazon.com
• CloudFlare SSL Mode: Full (Strict)

Timeline:

1. Initially set up Custom Domain following documentation
2. Domain status changed to Active
3. Encountered ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH errors
4. Purchased CloudFlare Advanced Certificate Manager to resolve SSL issues
5. Shortly after, the Custom Domain service was interrupted

Current Status:

• Custom Domain service is suspended
• Unable to access our Confluence instance through the custom domain
• Currently, Deactivate Total TLS in Cloudflare

Could you please help investigate the cause of this interruption and advise on the necessary steps to restore the service?
