Is there any Crystal reports reporting plugin which can be used with both JIRA and Confluence ?

It is better if this plugin would have functionality to add most commonly used measeures.

For an expmple if I configure this plugin with JIRA, it should have a in built function to get "Days in transition state"

Crystal reports is a reporting tool itself.

If you want to use it, I'd strongly recommend a read-only user is used to read the database, and unless your installation is quite small, only running it against a replicated copy of your database (because it's quite easy for your users to create complex and often useless reports that load the database server). You'll need to build and maintain a data dictionary for each system, and update it on potentially every upgrade (that includes plugins too - since Active Objects arrived...)
