Critical Issues in linkedin link preview of confluence articles

Whenever we share a link to the confluence articles or service desk link on Linkedin, we get

In the link preview instead of just the title in the link preview

also, how can i add image for the link preview

I believe this is the same issue you already reported in:

LinkedIn is just rendering a div based on data they’ve fetched from the JSD portal. The rendering of this metadata is for some reason showing the JSON object. This could be an issue with how LinkedIn is parsing the metadata.

So, as previously mentioned, I am not sure why this is happening and if there is a way to customize the link preview. This is something you should ask LinkedIn customers support.

In the meanwhile, as a workaround, you can remove the site preview and add a picture/banner together with the link.
