Hi,
I have set up a restricted space for my team and would like to give people outside from my team to have access to specific folders e.g. Person A to have only access to Page A, Person B to have only access to Page B etc.
Is that possible?
When I tried to change the page restrictions it tells me it is inheriting permissions from parent. I tried to override and added somebody on specific page but they cannot access it.
Any idea how to solve this?
thanks,
Hi @Denisa Urbanova,
Yes, the user needs space permissions first.
Confluence checks those because you don't want someone to access the page without having access to space.

Priyanka
Hi @Denisa Urbanova,
You can't do it in Confluence.
If you give a space access just for your team, than other people don't know the existance of that space although you give an access for page level.
Solution; you need to give a space level permission that covers all users than give page level restriction for each team.
