I'm trying to create a folder in a space on Confluence that no one will be able to access unless I give them permission. There is a "restrictions" field during the setup process, but I would have to enter everyone's name in that field in order to restrict access to all of my company's users. Is there a way to simplify this and create a "secret" folder? Thanks!
Hi - I'm not sure how new the feature is but in restrictions now you can restrict by overall groups so if you choose "Viewing and editing restricted" as indicated in this image attached, then you can add in the individuals who DO need access and choose if they can View or Edit. Hope that helps?
