Hi everyone,

after migrating Confluence to a new Server and an Update to version 6.15.4 we can not create new pages with templates. After we push the "..." Icon a popup opens with an never ending loading icon. In atlassian-confluence.log we find following:

2019-05-06 01:04:59,505 WARN [https-jsse-nio-443-exec-29] [confluence.impl.hibernate.ConfluenceHibernateTransactionManager] doRollback Performing rollback. Transactions:
->[PluginReadWriteTx]: PROPAGATION_REQUIRED,ISOLATION_DEFAULT (Session #1877435122)
-- referer: https://confluence.bks.de/index.action | url: /rest/create-dialog/1.0/blueprints/web-items | traceId: 6792f1ab5ec0464a | userName: FranzDaniel

We already try Resolution1 from following kb:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-create-pages-or-spaces-the-popup-loads-forever-after-confluence-upgrade-to-5-x-or-6-x-330793034.html

Installation date is set correctly and we are using mysql-connector-java-5.1.47-bin.jar.

We also drop tables and clear plugin cache how its written in https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/creating-new-page-or-space-loads-forever-744329880.html

We don't know what to do anymore. Would be nice if you can help us with this problem. If you need more informations, please let us know.

Thank you

Hello Mario,

Thank you for bringing this to us. Besides the warning message you discovered in your logs, could you tell me what error messages are associated with that?

This will start with ERROR instead of WARN as you see here in your example.

Can you also let me know if this issue occurs for all of your users?

Regards,

Shannon
