Creating a page to collect documents from everyone

There are only a handful of employees with edit rights on our Atlassian page. We are working on a project where we need employees to be able to submit videos. Is there a way to create a page that gives all employees access to upload those videos?

Create a new page with the template attachments.
Give the page the appropriate rights and you can easily upload files.
