When trying to create a JIRA issue from Confluence (Insert --> Jira --> Create Issue Tab), only certain projects are showing in the project dropdown field.
Where is the configuration stored (and how do you access) for the Project dropdown list for the creation of JIRA issues in Confluence?
Hi,
we released an app called Viable Issues. The app adds the functionality to create Jira issues from an AUI button in Confluence.
Reference to our Marketplace documentation.

Fabian

Hi Mallory,
Could you please confirm whether the user creating the issues on Confluence has permission to create issues on the projects which are missing in JIRA? They might also be missing the 'Browse Project' permission for those projects.
You may find more information about project permissions in JIRA on the document below:

Thanks,
Danilo

Hi Danilo - I have access to create issues for these projects in confluence. However, they are not showing in the dropdown in the 'Create Issue' Option in confluence.

Hi Mallory,
In this case, could you please create a ticket on our support portal so we can continue the investigation in there?
Cheers,
Danilo
