Create space that looks exactly like confluence documentation

We would like to use Confluence Cloud as a external technical documentation by creating a publicly accessible space. And we would like it to look like Confluence documentation:

And individual pages like individual pages in Confluence documentation

How to configure a Space to look like that and/or what theme or template should we use, etc.?

Atlassian uses Scroll Viewport to create pages like that. I would recommend giving it a try; you may be able to accomplish something really nice-looking with just the built-in themes.
