Create slider with custom HTML macro

Can I build a simple slider on my Confluecne page, without using paid add-ons? Maybe with custom HTML macro?

Please use {html} macro> E.g.:

and use something like this on the Confluence page: http://docs.averta.net/display/MSJQ/Quick+Start

It will work.
