First-time user of Confluence, and trying to put together a set of design system pages. I've seen the design system template, but I specifically want to create a page header on a background.
I can only see the option to add a 'header image' above the page title, and elements below the page title. But I want to modify the title itself. Something similar to the page headers on your own design system here:
While Confluence doesn't offer native support for custom styling of page titles, you can give a try with other options and see if that fulfills your need.
For advanced users, installing the Aura Content Formatting Macros app provides access to the Aura Title Macro and Aura Background Macro, allowing for full customization of page titles. To learn more about this - 🌟 Engage Your Readers with Stunning Confluence Ti... - Atlassian Community
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
In addition to the built-in options @Humashankar VJ mentioned, you can consider using the Confluence table as a background for your title header:
Add a table with one cell and drag it to your desired width.
2. Change the cell's color and add an image. Then, you can add your content or title.
For a more polished and professional look, you might want to explore third-party solutions like Mosaic. Here are some examples:
This app's advantage over similar solutions is that it allows you to combine its features with Confluence content and built-in formatting (such as Confluence layouts, search, or tables).
I'm one of Mosaic's product team members, so if you have questions I'll be happy to help :)
