Create a page to submit questions

I want to create a page where others can submit a question and once they submit, it goes to a table/excel sheet to be reviewed and answered.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

@Tammy Shellenberger You probably need to request that your company purchase/install it for you, making your case to them of the benefits.
