Create a admin user when current admin's account is not accessible

Hi,

our admin's email address is not working anymore and the person has forgotten the confluence password. how can he reset his password (without using his email ) or change email on the account, so he can reset the password.

Hi @Harish Gunda welcome to the community.  If you need to change the administrator on your Atlassian Instance, you can contact Atlassian Support and they can work with you on that task.  They'll need to confirm some information regarding your Atlassian account, but they should be able to assist you and get you back on the right track.
