Is it possible yet to create Synced Blocks via the API?
Create and use synced blocks | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian SupportI've managed to 'create' them, by trying to match the format of existing ones (even without specifying their UUIDs, but they do not sync/behave correctly.
Have you tried to create synced blocks in ADF format? My guess is that this method might work.
