Create Sub Portal Groups

Hi team,

We have multiple portal groups within one project.

Project name: ITSD

Multiple Portal Groups:

1) Infra and Cloud Ops and then different forms

2) Cyber Security and then select different forms

3) IT Support Ops and then select different forms.

However in 3, is there any way where we can create sub portal groups and categorize the forms by different names. 

Please assist.
