Create External Share - Send via Email opens page with no send option

I have created a confluence page I want to share with customers (people external to my organisation).

Having enabled the adding comments option under the General tab.  

I then click the "Send Via Email" button,

however this screen has options for

To, Subject, Email body and a Cancel link in the bottom right hand corner. 

No Send or Save. 

How can I share this with my customers?

Not an answer but here's my workaround:

From "Create External Share"  in the next screen displayed I copy the url link and email my customer from Outlook.

Hi @Michael Greenwood and welcome,

using builtin features, you can share a confluence page to users via Share button. "Send dvia email" should be a feature provided by third part app. Please could you confirm that and let us know app?

Thanks for the reply.

We do not have a third party app installed to supply us with email facilities. 

I have used a workaround:

From "Create External Share"  in the next screen displayed I copy the url link and email my customer from Outlook.

I will ask admin about our need for a third party app to email from Confluence.
