Create Button for Terms can't be clicked

Hi... When I go to create a new Term from my space, I can enter the information, but the Create button cannot be clicked (it's grayed out). Any suggestions?

You mentioned you were creating a new term, but I'm not sure which Confluence feature you're referring to. Could you show me exactly what the page looks like where you're attempting to create these terms?
