Could not create a space

Dear team,

I have a site https://qpaykz.atlassian.net/ but when I try to create a space for my project I see this

Hi @Yerkin Makzhanov

Make sure that you have confluence admin access, then only you can create space

if you don't have access ask your jira admin to create it for you
