Could not access the spreadsheet link in confluence page, showing error

The application experienced an internal error loading the SSL libraries from MS Excel Security warning and file is not opening too.

In what way this could be resolved??

Could you let me know what version of Microsoft Office you're using as well as your Confluence version?

It could be related to this article from Microsoft for Office 2013 (but would apply to other versions as well). Office 2013 error "Certificate error: The Application Experienced an Internal Error Loading the SSL Libraries" when opening files

You'll want to get in touch with your server admin for that to make sure your SSL is setup properly to work with edit in Office.
