Copy/Paste Table or Row in Editor?

How can I copy/paste a table to create a copy of that table or copy/paste the data from a row into another table?

Whenever I highlight, copy/paste a table only the values in the cells are pasted OR all of the values are pasted into the same cell.

May I know which version are you using on your end and how did you copy the table / date from one table to another? The reason why I wanted to check on this is the current functionality of these works well on my end:
