Context menu on highlight missing create JIRA issue

Within Confluence there is a context menu that displays when a line is highlighted that previously included the ability to create JIRA. That is no longer present for some users. No permissions were changed between yesterday and today. 

How can I get it back?

Hi Melissa,

Can you try the following:

1. Flush Confluence Cache from Cache Statistics
2. Rebuilt the Index from Content Index Administration

Let us know if that returns your option to create issues in JIRA.
