‘Content by Label’ Macro options not working on New Editing Experience

The follow options:

• Maximum Number of Pages
• List Title
• Show Labels for Each Page
• Show Space Name for Each Page

Are not being persisted when edited in the edit box for the New Editing Experience. The properties work as expected in the edit box preview but once they are saved the page will never apply the changes to the macro. I tried already re-creating the macro, creating a new page, but nothing seems to work. 

These options work perfectly on a regular blank page or template, but not in the New Editing Experience ones.

it turns out this is a known issue in our public bug tracker: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65649
