Content Report Table visibility

If a Content Report Table aggregates how-to articles (label = kb-how-to-article) from multiple Spaces, is the table built following the same general rules regarding permissions as standard label search?

For example: we have three spaces: Land, Sea and Air. User Turtle has read access only to Land and Sea spaces, and user Sparrow has read access only to Land and Air spaces. If there are kb-how-to-articles in all three spaces, and the Content Report Table exists in the Land space and it draws how to articles from all three spaces, will Turtle and Sparrow see different content in that Content Report Table? In other words, because of permissions, the list that Turtle sees will not include any Air content, correct? And likewise, Sparrow will not see any Sea content listed at all?
